Yes. Every plan includes full access to the platform — scheduling, online booking, clinical records, forms, payments, invoicing, marketing tools, inventory, and reporting. Plans differ only by the number of users, not by features. Three optional add-ons (Marketing Plus, Care Plus, and Insight Plus) are available to extend your subscription.
Pabau uses a per-user pricing model. Choose a plan based on team size: Starter and Solo for single users, Team for 2–3, Medium for 4–5, Group for 6–15, and Enterprise for 16+. Every plan includes the full platform. You can pay monthly or save up to 20% with annual billing. Pricing applies per location, except on Enterprise which covers multiple sites.
A user is anyone who logs in to Pabau to manage appointments, access patient records, or perform clinical or administrative tasks. This includes practitioners, receptionists, and clinic managers. Patient-facing features such as the online booking page and patient portal do not count towards your user limit.
The Starter plan supports up to 100 clients. All other plans — Solo, Team, Medium, Group, and Enterprise — include unlimited patients at no extra cost. There are no per-patient fees on any tier.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time as your team grows or changes. All your data, settings, clinical records, and workflows transfer automatically when you switch tiers. Billing is adjusted on a pro-rata basis.
