On-site training is an optional upgrade that you can purchase at any time.

A lot of clients book onsite training at the onboarding stage, and that’s because our Customer Care reps take care of configuring the system correctly, so you don’t have to. But you can also purchase an onsite training session at any time. If you feel you and your team could get more out of the system, an on-site can take you to the next level. 

Our Customer Care reps will visit you at your clinic and work directly on your system.

That’s why we offer various online training options as well as in-person training. Here’s a breakdown to help you decide which plan aligns best with your needs:

You’re confident self-learning

Happy to self-manage your learning? We have a growing library of on-demand video courses on the Pabau Academy and a KnowledgeBase full of articles that’ll help you learn in your own time at your own pace.

Your schedule won't allow it

Maybe you’re going through a particularly busy time at your practice and the thought of allocating a day to training isn’t realistic right now. That’s perfectly fine, you can book an on-site session at any time! 

You’re looking to limit overheads

On-site training does come at a higher price point than other onboarding and training options, so it may not be the right choice for every practice right now. However, it is a great investment for ambitious practices.

They’ve seen hundreds of accounts and know exactly how to help clients get the most out of the system. But they’re not just bringing technical expertise. They’re the bridge between your practice and Pabau, and they’re there to listen, understand, and action the changes that you need.

Whether it’s explaining how a feature works in a way that makes sense to your team or showing you which features are going to help you meet your revenue goals, they’ll enrich what you get out of the system, at every step. 

How much does it cost?

Onsite training can benefit all types of practices, particularly if you’re looking for extra guidance. However, because it comes at a higher pricing point compared to our other training and onboarding options, it’s generally more established clinics that use this service.

No. A lot of businesses tend to book at this stage so that we can handle the set-up for them. 

However, you can book an on-site meeting at any time in your Pabau journey. Maybe you don’t feel you’re making the most of the system or you’d like to learn about how you can use the new features in Pabau, or you’d like to supplement the self-learning materials with practical, hands-on learning. An on-site session is the perfect way to learn without all the distractions of your day-to-day.  

Once you make a request for a on-site training session, we’ll begin by reviewing your account – what system you’ve used previously, what integrations you use, any specific workflows you’ve mentioned, etc.

We’ll then meet with you around two weeks before the onsite training session to share the planned itinerary and agree on mutual goals and objectives. 

On the day, our Pabau trainer will arrive at your clinic. You will be able to learn in your environment, using your own equipment, with the people you work with each day. 

After the session, we’ll share a completion plan with any further action points, and that’s it.

You don’t have to, no. We break down the training day into shorter meeting slots that cover various aspects of the system, which we’ll share with you in advance. Some sessions will be aimed at the owner/practice manager, some at practitioners, your front-of-house team, and your marketing team. These teams can drop into these sessions when they’re needed.

Because we share this itinerary with you in advance, you’ll be able to plan your schedule accordingly, so your team only need to attend the sessions most relevant to them. 

Alternatively, if you’d prefer to close so you can be fully focused on training, you can.

An on-site training session won’t be for everyone, but if it works with your budget, it will 100% enhance what you get out of Pabau. For starters, it ensures your set-up is correct and there are no errors that could cost you. A stress-free set-up is a real win. 

Secondly, we can help you be strategic and pinpoint the core features that will be the biggest difference-makers. If you have ambitious growth goals and you want to increase your revenue, fast, we’ll direct you to the features that will help you achieve this. We can also help you consolidate your existing tools and systems so that you work more cost-efficiently.

Finally, some people just learn better face-to-face. Virtual call fatigue is a real thing, so it makes sense that for some clients, a room and a real person will always beat a Zoom call.
