These Messaging Terms & Conditions govern the text-messaging (SMS) programme operated by LUMASTEM UTAH LLC (“Lumastem”, “the Practice”, “we”) of 1780 West 700 North, Lindon, UT 84042, through its patient-communication platform, Pabau. By providing your mobile phone number to Lumastem, you agree to these terms.
1. Programme description
When you provide your mobile number to Lumastem, you consent to receive informational text messages from us relating to your care, including appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, pre- and post-procedure (aftercare) instructions, and replies to enquiries you send us. How you opt in is described at pabau.com/sms-opt-in.
2. Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your appointments and your interactions with the Practice.
3. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
4. Opting out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, or END) to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further SMS messages will be sent to you. To re-subscribe, reply START or provide your mobile number to the Practice again.

6. Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
Information collected in this programme is handled as described in the SMS Privacy Policy. Mobile information and text-messaging opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
