Booking a Demo

It’s easy. Click on Book a Demo, then fill in your name, clinic/business name, email, and phone number. Once submitted, we’ll send you an invite link by email.

The demo lasts around 45 minutes, though it may run longer if you have questions. We walk you through the core features, show you how Pabau works in real settings, and we’ll answer anything you want to dig into.

Yes! If it suits you, we can arrange a face-to-face demo at your premises. Otherwise, we typically use video tools like Google Meet or your preferred platform.

Getting Started & Training

Absolutely. Our goal is to make sure every team member (not just you) feels confident using Pabau. We offer online training, but also provide on-site training if preferred or necessary. Plus, your team will always have access to our knowledge base whenever they need a quick refresher.

No worry. New starters get onboarding help. We provide Intro training materials and can do one-on-one or small group sessions so they quickly get up to speed with calendars, client records, bookings, etc.

Pabau is cloud-based, so an internet outage can cause interruptions. If this happens, you can use a mobile hotspot until the issue is resolved. Plus, the Pabau Go mobile app lets you access key features like patient data, diaries, calendars, schedules, and more, even when your main connection is unstable.

No installs required. Pabau is browser-based, plus there’s an iOS mobile app for “on-the-go” access.

Yes, we take security and compliance very seriously. Pabau is built with industry-standard encryption and security protocols. We use secure logins, regular data backups, and strict access controls to protect sensitive information. And the platform is fully GDPR and HIPAA-compliant.

All data in Pabau is stored in the cloud using encrypted servers. We perform regular backups, and your data is always accessible only to authorized users. This ensures your clinic and client records are both safe and compliant with privacy regulations.

Pabau stores and organizes all client information in one place. This includes contact details, medical history, consent forms, treatment notes, photos, and billing records. Pabau doesn’t currently offer a free trial. Instead, we provide a personalized demo tailored to your clinic. This way, you’ll see exactly how the system works, explore the features that matter most to you, and understand how Pabau can fit seamlessly into your workflow before making any commitment.
