Vagaro is a cloud-based salon, spa and fitness business management solution that allows professionals to book appointments and manage various facility roles. It offers an integrated solution to manage bookkeeping, payroll, client databases and inventory management.
It’s a fairly affordable option, with prices starting at $25 a month for one user. On top of their monthly fee, you can pay extra for various add-ons to get all the features you need.

Vagaro’s pricing starts at $25 a month for one user in one location, increasing to $85 a month for 7+ users. If you have multiple locations, you’ll have to get in touch with their team for pricing.
They also charge for a number of add-ons, for everything from client data storage, forms, text messaging campaigns, and a client check-up app, which all cost $10 a month.
Jane have three tiers: the Base plan which costs CAN$79 a month, the Insurance plan which costs CAN$109 a month, and the corporate plan which costs CAN$399 a month. Bear in mind these prices are all for one user.
For every additional full-time user you add, it costs between CAN$25-$30 and for every additional part-time user it costs between CAN$12.50-$15. You can also add on their online booking for groups feature for an extra CAN$15 a month.
Pabau charges a flat monthly fee. Pabau’s pricing structure is based on the number of users and every client will get access to all features in the system.
As an all-in-one system, we don’t charge extra for things such as reminder communication, data storage or client photos. The only additional costs you’ll pay are the SMS charges and advanced marketing feature, if needed.

Yes, you can send email and SMS reminders in Jane but you can’t send email blast campaigns blast campaigns to a large number of clients in one go. What that means is you’ll need to budget for an additional tool to do your marketing, such as MailChimp, and ensure it talks to Jane. On the other side, in Pabau you can do everything under one roof using our marketing feature. Easy mode, activated.
