It’s powered by Open AI and it draws on information that you’ve created in the system to help you save time and work smarter. For example, if you record a voice note and need to send a letter or you need to summarize a consultation, Echo AI can help.
It won’t make up information, no. It draws on content you’ve already created in Pabau. You can also review anything you create using AI before you save it or send it to a client, so there are guard rails there for you to review and double-check any content.
The pricing is based on credits, the same as SMS and telehealth. You simply purchase credits and then choose what tasks you want to apply them to. The price is 5 credits per AI interaction in treatment notes (dictation, transcription, or consultation summary tool).
For prescriptions and service/product descriptions, it only deducts 1 credit.
