Vagaro’s pricing starts at $25 a month for one user in one location, increasing to $85 a month for 7+ users. If you have multiple locations, you’ll have to get in touch with their team for pricing.
They also charge for a number of add-ons, for everything from client data storage, forms, text messaging campaigns, and a client check-up app, which all cost $10 a month.
Acuity is a relatively affordable option when it comes to scheduling software. You can choose from three plans: Emerging at $20 a month, Growing at $34 a month, and Powerhouse at $61 a month. You also have the option to pay monthly or to pay annually.
There are no hidden fees or extras – Acuity makes this really clear on their website. The only thing you might need to consider is whether it does everything you need. For example, you may need to use a separate CRM, which needs to be factored into costs.
Pabau charges a flat monthly fee. Pabau’s pricing structure is based on the number of users and every client will get access to all features in the system.
