These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text-messaging (SMS/MMS) programmes that healthcare and wellness practices (“the Practice”) operate through the Pabau platform. By providing your mobile phone number to a Practice, you agree to these terms. They supplement the Pabau Terms of Use.
1. Programme description
When you provide your mobile number to a Practice that uses Pabau, you may receive text messages sent on that Practice’s behalf, including appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, aftercare and pre-care instructions, follow-ups relating to your care, and replies to enquiries you send to the Practice.
2. Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your appointments and your interactions with the Practice.
3. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from the Practice and to the Practice from you, according to your mobile carrier plan. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
4. Opting out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, or END) to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive a single SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will receive no further SMS messages. If you would like to receive messages again, you can re-subscribe by replying START or by providing your mobile number to the Practice again.
5. Help
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging programme, reply with the keyword HELP for assistance, or contact the Practice that messages you directly.
6. Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
Information collected for the messaging programme is handled as described in the SMS Privacy Policy. Mobile information and text-messaging opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

These terms may be updated from time to time; the latest version will always be available at this page.
