Last month we lifted the curtain on Pabau 2 for the first time.
We showed you some of the features you’ll soon be able to get your hands on. The faster calendar. The live preview that enables you to see everything in real-time. The confirmation manager that shows you who’s confirmed and who hasn’t.
Luckily, this month’s drop is just as exciting. First of all, we’ll walk you through what you can expect from Pabau 2’s lead management tool and how you can use it seamlessly to track, assign, and convert prospects into paying customers.
Next, we’ll show you how you can use the permissions feature to quickly onboard and create a customised experience for staff. What this means is that your team will only see information that is relevant to their role, nothing extra.
Sound good? Let’s hop to it with April’s release notes…
Enhanced lead management tools
Put yourself ahead of the competition with our new leads features.
What’s new: Our next-gen lead management system will give you a 360° view of your leads. We’ve added colour-coding, clever filtering, and a customisable pipeline so you can see exactly what stage your leads are at.
What it means for you: If you don’t know the status of your current leads or where they came from, how can you know what’s working? We’ve made it easy to understand your leads at a glance, so nothing slips through the cracks.
Leads overview
A picture is worth a thousand words – even it comes to leads.
What’s new: The first thing you’ll see is a splash of colour. Our new leads overview is much more visual so you can make sense of your leads, fast. View your won, lost, or open leads, colour coded in red, green, and black.
What it means for you: The leads overview helps you to keep your team organised, accountable, and on track. You can use filtering to find all the leads assigned to a particular staff member, from a specific location, and more.

Pipelines tool
Power up your sales pipelines with this new feature.
What’s new: The brand-new pipeline feature gives you a clear visual representation of where your leads are in the sales lifecycle. Using this tool, you can see what stage each leads is at, if they converted, and how long it took.
What it means for you: Pipelines make it easy to see how your leads are progressing. They can also improve sales forecasting by helping you understand how long it typically takes to convert leads to customers.

Revamped lead card
Everything you need to know about a lead, in one place.
What’s new: The revamped lead card displays a timeline of your interactions with a lead so far. Use the lead card to add notes, send emails and SMS messages to the lead, create and assign tasks for your colleagues, and more.
What it means for you: All the information you need about a lead is stored here. You don’t have to go rooting around to find what you need. Easy!

Enhanced user management
What’s new: We want using Pabau 2 to be smooth and simple. That’s why we’ve made a number of improvements to the user management side of Pabau 2.
What it means for you: The quicker you can get your team up and running in a new system, the better. These new features will ensure that setting up a new user is simple. And once they’re in, they only see what they need to see.
Improved staff onboarding
Set up your new team members in a matter of clicks.
What’s new: We’ve made onboarding new staff members quick and simple. Using Pabau 2, all you have to do is invite them to the team, add their personal details and the location they’re working in, and set their permissions.
What it means for you: No one has lots of time to spend on the onboarding process. You can add new starts to the system in moments and set permissions quickly according to job title, so that they can hit the ground running.

Manage group permissions
Assign permissions to create a streamlined view of the system.
What’s new: You can organise your staff members into groups, manage group permissions, and grant or revoke access to groups. Do all of this with ease, using a simple tick list of access rights for each feature in the system.
What it means for you: Every job role is different. A receptionist probably doesn’t need to see medical records, but a practitioner does. A practitioner might not need to see the finance reports, but a director does. Customise for the win!

That’s it for this month. With all of these new features and improvements, we hope you can see that Pabau 2 is shaping up to be pretty neat! We’re confident that these changes will make your experience as a Pabau customer even better and will help you manage your aesthetic business with ease.
Stay tuned for more new features in May.
