🥁Drumroll please 🥁– one of the most anticipated features in Pabau 2 is now live.
If you paid attention to the Pabau 2 roadmap then you may have noticed that there was one big feature missing for our core customer base of medi aesthetic and med spa clients.
Now. it’s. here. This month we dropped the new face plotting tool in Pabau 2. We’ve added a ton of improvements to how this worked in Pabau Classic which means that you can do alllll your injection plotting even more seamlessly than before. All the details are below.

Face plotting tool
Hey aesthetics practitioners, this one’s for you! 👋
Our long-awaited face mapping tool is now ready in Pabau 2. We know how important being able to plot injectables is to aesthetics businesses, and our new version is really cool!
Forget free typing into your treatment notes, everything is all now fully built-in. And, unlike Pabau Classic, you can now store lot numbers and expiration dates for easy reference.

Plot on a chart or a photo of the client
Choose to do your injection plotting on a chart OR a photo of the client. You can plot, draw freestyle, or add text then you can do that too. But the best part is that you can do it all on the desktop version of Pabau – previously you could only do this on the iPad.
Easily see how much was administered
As you plot your injectable treatment on the chart or photograph, they’ll add up on the side. This means you will be able to see the total amount of product used for the treatment. We’re using AI to provide recommended units, but you can add custom amounts too.
Store everything securely in the client card
You can also add details about the batch number and expiration date of the treatment. The great news is all the details about what was administered on the chart or photo pull into the client card so they’re safely stored – and visible – if you ever need to refer back to it.

Pabau goes multi-lingual
Bonjour! ¡Hola! Hallo! Ciao! One of our aims is to make Pabau more accessible to a wider audience, so we’re excited that Pabau can be used in French, Spanish, German, and Italian. All you have to do is select the language that you need in the settings.

Advanced notice feature
Don’t want clients booking appointments at the last minute?
We’ve added a minimum advanced notice feature to the system which prevents last-minute bookings. You can fully customise it so if you need 24-hour notice, clients will only be shown appointment times that are at least a day away. Meaning you always have a heads-up!
Patch test feature
There’s nothing worse than having a client show up and not being able to see them because they haven’t done a patch test. This new feature will enable you to create a patch test as part of the booking process and it will also flag whether the patch test is complete or pending.
You’ll be able to see at a glance when the client last had a patch test!
